Victory is located in downtown Elmhurst, but still gives you the city steakhouse vibe.

portions are really well served, and the food quality is amazing!

We ordered several things to try, and we were not disappointed! Scallops were perfectly seared and seasoned! and that Avocado Tuna has me craving for more =)

also not pictured, their house label Prosecco was delicious! and the elote was devoured before a pic could be taken!
